GROUP COUPON INSTRUCTION

• Ten persons (6th grade and older) are needed to form a group and enjoy the special Group Registration Rate.
• Group registration special rate is available only to those who register online.
• Proceed to the registration webpage to obtain a group registration coupon code.
• Register online for yourself or your family using the coupon code and pass the coupon code along to the families or individuals in your group to register themselves online.
• After completing your registration information, you must enter the coupon code before providing your credit card information for payment. The registration system will notify you upon receipt of your registration and payment information; however, your credit card will not be charged at this point.
• When the number of persons using your coupon code has reached the required 10 persons, the system will automatically process the payment using the group special rate for everyone in the group. Letters of confirmation of registration and payment completion will also be sent to all.
• If the required 10 persons are not reached on the Early Bird or the General Registration deadline, then those in the group will not be able to enjoy the group special rate. In this case, the individual registration rate will apply.
• The registration system will provide the coupon code applicant an up-to-date registration status of his group. When 10 persons have applied the coupon code during payment, the system, in addition to processing the payment using the group special rate, will automatically generate a new coupon code and send it to the original coupon code applicant for continuous usage.
• If the system does not accept the coupon code provided, it is an indication that the maximum number of persons for the group has been reached. Please ask the original coupon code applicant for a new coupon code.
• The use of the coupon code is not limited to persons within the same church or the same fellowship group.
• If you are unable to attend the conference after group registration, both the registration fee and the meal fees are not refundable.
• Registration is not transferable to another individual.
