Due to space constraints, CCCC and Grace Conference has been fully booked and closed for registration. New registration in any form is no longer accepted, including mailed registration and on-site registration. If you have any questions, please contact CCCM at (847) 868-2226
Data received through CCCC registration and Grace Conference registration will be entered into the same registration system.
The registration information requested for CCCC (Chinese) and Grace Conference (English) is different. Therefore, if any family member is attending CCCC, please register the whole family through CCCC.
