1. Ages 12 and up (as of 12/26/2026) must pay registration fees; under 12 is free.
2. Meal fees are non-refundable after 12/15.
Attendees are highly encouraged to purchase the full meal package, as mealtimes are an essential part of the fellowship and conference program.
HOTEL RESERVATION
Full-stay guests (check-in 12/26, check-out 12/30) receive a $20/night conference subsidy, bringing the rate to $124/night (before tax).
